In this class, we’ll use props to support your body, allowing you to release built-up tension, especially in the neck, shoulders, and back. Often, stress and irritability arise when our bodies simply crave a good stretch — this session offers the perfect opportunity to unwind in a mindful, restorative way.
Following yoga, we’ll immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls and a gong during our sound bath. The vibrations will resonate on a cellular level and may facilitate deep relaxation, releasing energetic blockages, and restoring balance to the system.

Join us for our new Friday evening experience and let her guide you into blissful relaxation. Enjoy the powerful blend of a Cacao ceremony and gentle candlelit yoga, designed to help you surrender, release stress, and restore energy.
Over two hours, Sinead will guide you through soothing yoga and yoga nidra – a deeply restorative relaxation for profound calm. Cacao, containing the “bliss molecule” is a heart-opening brew from the chocolate family, cherished for its sensory and consciousness-boosting properties.
Revered by ancient cultures, including the Mayans and Guatemalans, who honoured the ‘Goddess of Cacao,’ this combination of gentle movement and cacao will leave you feeling nurtured and grounded.
