Osteo Fit & Strong is our signature osteoporosis exercise class in Limerick.
Created by Sinead Garry and backed by science, this supportive programme helps you build strength, improve balance, and support your bone health, no matter your age or starting point.

Whether you’re managing osteoporosis, navigating menopause, or simply looking to stay stronger for longer, this class gives you the tools to feel confident in your body again.

Who is Osteo Fit & Strong For?

This class is designed for:

  • Adults living with osteoporosis or osteopenia
  • People seeking gentle strength training over 50
  • Those recovering from joint injury or managing mobility challenges
  • Midlife women in need of safe strength training during menopause
  • Anyone who wants to feel more mobile, balanced, and connected to their body

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to move with care.

What to Expect?

Village Wellness is a calm, non-judgemental space where you can safely challenge yourself and grow stronger with each visit while prioritising your long-term wellness and independence. 

Our Osteo Fit & Strong classes focus on a range of bone health exercises, including resistance training for osteoporosis, strength training for menopause, and mindful movement to support mobility and confidence.

Bone-Friendly Movements
As we age, maintaining bone density and muscle mass is essential. These classes combine safe strength training, Pilates, and functional movement to improve bone strength, mobility, and overall resilience.

Safe Use of Equipment
We use weights, bands, and chairs to tailor each session to your ability level. You’ll learn how to lift safely in a supportive environment guided by experienced instructors — no gym experience needed.

Mindful Techniques
Each class includes breathing exercises and mindful movement practices to reduce stress and support mental well-being alongside physical strength.

Inclusive Community
These classes are designed for all fitness levels. We offer modifications and encouragement every step of the way to ensure progress that feels personal, sustainable, and empowering.

Our 6-week Osteo Fit & Strong courses across Limerick are ideal for building strength gradually, with clear progress and no pressure.
